Thank you for choosing Dr. Sarah Weight Loss. Because our products are digitally delivered and hyper-personalized to your unique body, lifestyle, and goals, our return and refund policies are structured differently than traditional retail stores.

All Sales Are Final

Every single Weight Loss Meal Plan and Fat-Loss Blueprint we deliver is custom-made from scratch based on the biological data, preferences, and answers you provided during your Metabolic Assessment.

Because these are custom-made, digital products tailored strictly to an individual client, we cannot accept returns, and all sales are final. Once your payment is processed and our team begins analyzing your data to compile your custom plan, no refunds can be issued.

Order Amendments

Please ensure that all information provided during the assessment quiz (including your weight, height, allergies, and lifestyle choices) is 100% accurate before checking out. Once an order is placed, the data is immediately sent to our system for analysis. If you realize you made a critical error in your quiz answers, please contact us at drsarahweightloss@outlook.com within 1 hour of purchase, and we will do our best to update your profile before your custom blueprint is finalized.

Damaged or Incorrect Digital Files

While we cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind or lack of results, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any technical issues with your digital download, notice a mistake made on our end, or do not receive your email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support team immediately. We will promptly review your order and send a corrected, high-quality replacement file at no additional cost.
