Return & Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Blanco. We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help make it right.

1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible for a standard return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • All original tags must still be securely attached to the clothing.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Our Quality Guarantee: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. You do not need to worry about return shipping costs for defective items. Once verified by our customer service team via photographs of the defect, we will immediately ship a brand-new replacement item to you at no extra cost.

3. Return Shipping & Fulfillment Location IMPORTANT - RETURN DESTINATION: All standard returns and exchanges must be shipped back to our central fulfillment center located in China. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address listed on your delivery package, as that is likely a local sorting facility and your return will be lost.

For standard returns or size exchanges (due to preference or incorrect sizing choice), you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item to China. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue a refund for items we do not receive.

4. Refunds & Processing Once we receive your returned package at our China facility, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility conditions. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you on the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to officially reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

5. How to Initiate Your Return To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team at contactpage with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with the exact return shipping address in China and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
