Delivery Timeframe

Every single meal plan is custom-crafted from scratch based on the unique biological data, lifestyle factors, and preferences you provided during your Metabolic Assessment.

  • Processing & Delivery: Our expert system and team take time to carefully analyze your profile. Your fully personalized blueprint will be delivered directly to the email address you provided at checkout within 24 hours of purchase.

How It Works

  1. Complete your purchase at checkout.

  2. Our system immediately begins processing your custom data.

  3. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from support@drsarahweightloss.com containing your complete custom plan as a high-quality, easily downloadable digital file (PDF).

What If I Haven’t Received My Plan Within 24 Hours?

If 24 hours have passed and you cannot find your custom blueprint in your primary inbox, please take the following steps:

  • Check Your Spam/Junk/Promotions Folders: Strict email filters can sometimes mistakenly redirect our digital delivery emails. Please search your inbox for "Dr. Sarah" or "support@drsarahweightloss.com".

  • Verify Your Email Address: Ensure there were no typos in the email address you entered during checkout.

If you have completed these steps and still haven’t received your delivery, please contact our dedicated support team immediately at rsarahweightloss@outlook.com. We will manually verify your order and re-send your files right away.
