2. Custom Digital Products & No-Refund Policy

As outlined in our Refund Policy, all custom-made meal plans and blueprints are strictly digital assets tailored individually to you based on your unique assessment answers.

• Because these products are hyper-personalized and delivered digitally via email, all sales are final.

• Once an order is placed and processing begins, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

3. Accuracy of Customer Data

To receive an accurate and effective weight loss blueprint, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information regarding your gender, weight, height, age, lifestyle habits, and allergies during the assessment quiz. We are not responsible for any issues, lack of results, or health adverse effects resulting from inaccurate data provided by the customer.

4. Intellectual Property & Personal Use Only

Upon purchase, we grant you a single, non-transferable license to use our digital custom plans for your own personal, non-commercial health journey.

• You agree not to copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, or exploit any portion of Dr. Sarah's custom blueprints, meal plans, recipes, or website content without express written permission from us. Unauthorized sharing or commercial reselling will result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

5. Delivery of Digital Services

Upon successful checkout, your personalized plan will be meticulously processed and delivered directly to the email address you provided within 24 hours. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email entries or strict spam/junk filters on the customer's end.
